Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this is clearly stated. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products.
-
Import Duties: Prices listed exclude import duties and import VAT/GST. These additional costs are at the customer's expense and risk.

Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the set conditions. If accepted electronically, Isabel & Olivia will immediately confirm receipt. The business may—within legal frameworks—investigate the consumer's ability to meet payment obligations before finalising the contract.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving a reason within 30 days. This period starts the day after receipt of the product. During this time, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. To exercise this right, the consumer must notify the business in writing within 14 days of receipt, then return the product within a further 14 days.
Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the costs of return are entirely at their expense. The consumer must take into account potential return costs to the country of origin (our supplier in China). Isabel & Olivia will refund the payment as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after dissolution, once the product is received or proof of return is provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Isabel & Olivia can exclude the right of withdrawal for products that are made to specifications, clearly personal, spoil quickly, or are hygiene products where the seal has been broken.
Article 9 – Price
Prices will not be increased during the validity period stated in the offer, except for changes in tax rates. All prices are subject to printing and typesetting errors. Isabel & Olivia is not obliged to deliver products at an incorrect price.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Isabel & Olivia guarantees that products meet the agreement and reasonable requirements of reliability. Complaints about defects must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery. The warranty corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty and is voided by incorrect use.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Isabel & Olivia will take the greatest possible care when executing orders. The delivery address is the one provided by the consumer. Orders will be dispatched within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed. If delayed, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement at no cost.
Article 12 – Continuing Performance Transactions
The consumer can terminate an open-ended agreement at any time with a notice period of one month. Fixed-term agreements cannot be automatically extended except for a maximum of three months for magazines/newspapers.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, amounts owed must be paid within 7 business days of the start of the cooling-off period. The consumer must immediately report any inaccuracies in payment data.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly within 7 days of discovery. A response will be provided within 30 days. If a complaint is well-founded, Isabel & Olivia will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Article 15 – Disputes
Agreements between Isabel & Olivia and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
